We sell material to companies — contractors, general contractors, wholesalers and investors. No middlemen, direct from the manufacturer. Installation available on request as an add-on.
What our model is based on
We are a manufacturer, not a contractor. We don't actively offer installation and don't enter tenders for contracting work — meaning we don't compete with the companies we sell material to. That's the whole principle of this partnership and the most important thing we can tell a contractor about ourselves.
We sell material mainly to companies — contractors, general contractors, wholesalers and investors. We also handle individual customer orders. Everything is handled through a quote and invoice.
We keep our own warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw. In practice this means one thing: for standard items you can pick up or receive shipment the next business day.

We don't publish a discount table, because in this industry the price depends on colour, batch size and order frequency — one number for everyone would be either inflated or untrue. Below is what we can tell you without seeing a specific enquiry.
Calculated based on the size of a single order and on cumulative turnover. Partners ordering regularly move to a fixed pricing level instead of negotiating on every project.
The first order is fulfilled on prepayment. With ongoing partnership and a history of on-time payments, we set an individual deferred payment term.
Shipping by courier or pallet transport throughout Poland. Personal pickup from our warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki by prior arrangement.
In-stock items — shipped the next business day after payment is received. Custom colours and made-to-size production — we specify the lead time in the offer.
Undamaged material in original packaging is accepted on the terms set out in the offer. Custom-sized production and non-standard colours are not returnable.
On the material, per the terms stated in the offer. The warranty does not cover the consequences of installation not in accordance with the manual, or use of the material outside its intended environment.
We set discount thresholds, payment terms and credit limits at the first enquiry — after one conversation we know the scale of your orders. We don't send a price list without contact, because a price list without context only leads to misunderstandings on the invoice.

You send a drawing — we send back the quantities of all elements with spacing. You don't need to count hangers by hand or order extra just in case.
We send colour and profile samples — also directly to your client, under your brand, without our marketing materials in the package.
Selecting the system, material and spacing before ordering. We take questions from the construction site by phone — faster than email.
Declarations of performance, CE marking and technical data sheets for investor handover — included with delivery.
A layout drawing and PDF manual with every order. By default we sell the material — if your crew handles installation, we do everything so they don't have to guess. You can also order installation from us as an add-on.
For larger contracts, we invite you to visit our warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki — to see it before signing the agreement.
Architects & designers
An architect doesn't buy the material — they specify it. That's why we treat this partnership separately: we don't offer a discount, but materials that let you finish the project without calling the manufacturer.
