Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. TWINMAX is a full-cycle manufacturer — we control the process from raw material purchase to packing and shipping.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all of Poland from our warehouse near Warsaw. We also fulfil export orders to other EU countries — ask about terms in the form.
Is there a minimum order size?
We don't apply a fixed minimum — we handle both small one-off orders and large multi-stage projects. The price per m² may vary depending on order size.
Are there different terms for larger orders?
Yes — for larger orders we agree pricing and logistics terms individually (including staged delivery in line with your construction schedule). Contact us via the form with an approximate area.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, we offer installation — our crew works across Poland. You can also buy just the material and install it yourself, using the included PDF instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard bank transfer based on a proforma or VAT invoice. Individual payment terms are possible for regular clients and larger orders.
Do you work with general contractors, developers and architects?
Yes — we have separate partnership terms for distributors, designers, construction and installation companies, including framework agreements for ongoing cooperation. Details on the Partners.
How long does production take?
We keep 100×100 open cell ceilings in stock — shipped within 1 business day. Other variants and products are made to order — production takes about 3 weeks.
Which product should I choose for my project?
It depends on your budget and the effect you want. Open cell ceilings are a classic for offices and galleries, baffle ceilings give dynamic lines, tile ceilings let you choose metal or mineral fibre, and a T-grid alone is ordered when you already have infill from another source. Write to us — we'll advise you for free.
Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery cost depends on the area and site location — we quote it together with the material price, with no hidden fees. Personal pickup from our warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki is free.
Can I order different colours in one delivery?
Yes, a single order can include several colours and variants at once — for example different rooms in the same building. Let us know the breakdown in your enquiry.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, on request we issue a VAT invoice or proforma — we operate as a registered company.
