This privacy policy describes the rules for processing the personal data of people using the twinmax.pl website and the contact forms available on it.

2. What data we collect

In connection with using the website and contact forms, we may process the following data:

• first and last name or company name,
• phone number,
• email address,
• the content of the message and attached files (e.g. drawings, photos),
• technical data (IP address, browser type, cookie data).

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process data in order to: prepare a quote and respond to an enquiry, fulfil an order and sales contract, communicate on matters related to the partnership, and — where consent has been given — for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to concluding it), (c) (a legal obligation, e.g. accounting), and (f) (the Controller's legitimate interest, including direct marketing of its own products).

4. Data retention period

We retain data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and then for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting law) or until any claims become time-barred.

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller's operations — courier and transport companies, accounting and IT service providers — only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate legal safeguards.

6. Rights of data subjects

Every person has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal). There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
